About us
MKSSS has a century-long history of dedicated work towards making women educated and self-reliant. It was established in 1896 by Bharat Ratna Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve to provide shelter to destitute women. Later the Samstha diversified its activities in tune with the needs of the society. The Samstha also provides Education in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Management, Nursing, Fashion technology, Interior decoration, Computer education, and Law. At present, the Samstha is running 72 units at Pune, Wai, Satara, Ratnagiri, and Nagpur.
